Prior to ZO Skin Health, Rosen spent 22 years at Estee Lauder in various finance and M&A roles for brands such as Crème de la Mer, Jo Malone, Aramis, Designer Fragrances, and BECCA Cosmetics.
David Reece is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience in the beauty, health, and wellness industries. Lauded for his ability to scale businesses and drive strategic growth, he has held key roles at Herbalife, Beachbody, Beautycounter, and Ritual. Most recently, Reece served as Chief Operating Officer at Ritual where he spearheaded infrastructure advancements that accelerated sales growth and enhanced operational efficiency.
