Gucci will inaugurate the Fashion Week and, this season, the brand has chosen to present both its men’s and womenswear collections, whilst on Sunday, as per tradition, Giorgio Armani will be the protagonist of the catwalk. The designer has just celebrated 20 years of haute couture with his exquisite Privé collection in Paris.
Amongst the most-anticipated fashion shows on the calendar this year are the major brands presenting collections by their new creative directors: Lorenzo Serafini for Alberta Ferretti on Tuesday 25th, David Koma for Blumarine on Thursday 27th, Alberto Caliri for Missoni on Friday 28th.
The last to show in person on Sunday 2nd March is Francesca Liberatore, who then bows out to the digital shows on Monday 3rd March by Tokyo James, Maison Nencioni, Maxivive, Jacob Cohën and Saman Loira.
Francesco Murano, Giuseppe di Morabito, Fiorucci, J-Salinas and Institution by Galib Gassanoff will all make their debut at the February 2025 MFW.
Susan Fang, supported by Dolce & Gabbana, returns to Milan with her innovative style after her successful debut at the September fashion shows.
